Training Materials

Our training materials are very detailed. You receive a step-by-step video teaching you how to re-energize batteries. This is a great way to help grow your team by showing it to your family or staff as you grow your business. Additionally you can watch the video as often as you need so that you can confidently prepare your batteries.

The manuals, guides and support tools you receive will provide you details about battery re-energizing, battery information, business management, marketing and business start-up. We are continuously developing new marketing programs, materials such as flyers, brochures, scripts, ad slicks, and much more. Our marketing strategies are based on the success of our early operators and prove their effectiveness with each new operator time after time.

Additionally, as a Battery Doctors Operator you will soon have the opportunity to enter into the web based BD Business Center. A separate website designed for operators only. This site will feature training, support tools and guides, updates, product information and much more. This site will serve as the update and communication center so that you and all the owners can stay current.

Live Tech Support

As a BD operator you will have access to live tech support. A critical part of any new business owner. Having the capability to pick up the phone during business hours and call a live tech support person, whom often is an existing experience owner, can significantly reduce your learning curve and certainly make you feel like you are not alone; but rather part of a successful team.

Training Center

As a new operator you will have the opportunity to apply to attend our Battery University Courses. These courses are not mandatory and are offered for both new owners and experience owners who would like to expand their business through new markets and specialty batteries. The courses are designed to be one-on-one and not a large classroom setting. In fact many situations a course will be customized based on the owner coming to class. Each class will need to be scheduled and based on the class available fees for the class will vary. It is recommended that if you will have a partner or a spouse involved in the business that they attend the class as well.
